Choose your scenario. Diagrams show data connections; every device still needs power. The drone ↔ RM700 connection remains the DJI link.
To activate AMRemote, link the remote to your account, then activate the demo or a licence. Downloading alone is not enough. Local networking does not require an AM Cloud Relay subscription. Internet connections also require valid Cloud access. Two separate choices: the connection carries data; the camera engine applies settings. Current setups use AM Bridge USB. AM Control 4 and AM Control 7 are in development and are not yet available.

Give RM700 Internet access through Wi-Fi or a hotspot.
Select AMRemote, then Connect in Cloud Control.
Enter the remote’s Control Room Code in the client.
Commands have been tested. Android accessibility is required; not all functions are qualified.
02
AM Cloud Relay · with AM Bridge USB
AMRemote keeps the AM Cloud Relay connection. AM Bridge USB sends commands directly over USB and checks the values actually applied: more effective control, with less dependence on Pilot 2 menus, on the tested hardware.
